Processing steps

At first,Forage chopper machine are used to crush cattle fodder into powder, Such hay cutting machine

use its hammers to strike the fodder into powder which are seived through screener in the crushing chamber.

Secondly, the corn hammer mill crushs the corn/maize/soybean into powder and discharge them into

feed mixer, meanwhile, the straw powder also be unloaded into feed mixing machine for mix together.

Thirdly, A key machine to press the pellet --wood pellet machine, which is mainly designed and

reserched for fodder pellet making. The vetical ring die and roller design to press the fiber raw

material into pellet.

Finally, the cooling machine is used to cool down the feed pellet to room temperature for bagging.
